Interview Preparation
First thing first... know Your Story. The technicals are less important because if you can't have a friendly conversation, nobody will hire you no matter how intelligent you are. A few tips for preparing for finance interviews is to stay up to date with business publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Economist, and The Financial Times. Make sure you can provide relevant examples of demonstrating hard work, responsibility, leadership, teamwork, and conquering failure. Always try and speak for 60 to 90 seconds and use the S.T.A.R. method to stay organized and keep the interviewer interested.
